1. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our services (digital platform for property management), we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been actively used or a subscription period has commenced.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. There are no refunds for partial months of service.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors where you were charged multiple times for the same service, or if the service was not delivered as described due to a platform fault, we may issue a refund.

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
